Essential Nutrients:
Live
foods (raw fresh fruits and vegetables) have the highest
nutritional value and are the most easily assumable therefore we need less
to satisfy our nutritional needs to maintain and restore our bodies which
results in a loss of excess calories and weight.

Live foods are easily
digested. (24-36 hours compared to 40-100 hours for cooked foods)
Enzymes: Live foods contain live enzymes which
are necessary for every body process including digestion. Heating our
foods above 118-120 degrees while cooking destroys these enzymes turning
live food into dead food.
Easier to Prepare:
Live foods are much easier
to prepare which results in less time spent in the kitchen. With all
life's demands, this leaves more available time to be spent with our
families and living for the Lord.
More Energy: A live food diet will not leave
you with a tired feeling after a meal. Most people have a tendency towards
becoming sleepy and drowsy after a cooked meal. A more restful sleep is
achieved on live foods resulting in less sleep required.

With live foods it is much
easier to clean up after each meal: no sticky, greasy pans or messy
stoves.

On a live food diet the body is
able to achieve a normal weight and will obtain a consistent weight
year-in and year-out.

Live
foods don’t cause or support degenerative diseases.

On live foods, the pulse rate
will drop up to 10 beats per minute or more , saving the heart over 14,000
beats each day.

On a live food diet you

give more nourishment so one doesn’t need to consume as much.

Spices are not necessary to
make live foods tastier. Cooking causes a loss of nutrients as well as
flavor.
Less Drinking Water Required:
Less drinking
water is required on a live food diet, because the natural distilled water
in the fruits and vegetables has not been lost while cooking.
No Phlegm: Eating live foods does not cause a
mucous laden throat or head. Public speakers and singers will especially
appreciate not having to frequently clear phlegm from their throats.

Cooked
foods bind us in its shackles. As long as we habitually eat cooked foods,
